WHEN THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED
Your engagement letter, fee quote, and any settlement statement or other closing documents provided before closing may show Shaheen Law Firm’s full standard fee without the Poker Chip Discount applied.
The 50% discount is applied at closing only after the original physical Poker Chip is presented and surrendered to Shaheen Law Firm.
If the original chip is not presented and surrendered, the full fee shown in your closing documents will apply.
PROMOTION DETAILS
Valid for 50% off Shaheen Law Firm’s standard attorney/settlement fee for one eligible residential purchase or sale transaction.
The discount applies only to Shaheen Law Firm’s fee and does not apply to title insurance premiums, recording fees, taxes, lender charges, third-party charges, reimbursements, or other costs associated with the transaction.
The Poker Chip Discount will not be reflected in advance fee quotes, engagement letters, or preliminary settlement statements. The discount will be applied at closing upon surrender of the original promotional chip.
The original physical promotional chip must be presented and surrendered to Shaheen Law Firm no later than closing. One chip may be redeemed per transaction. Each chip is valid for one use and will be retained upon redemption.
Copies, photographs, screenshots, reproductions, or access to this webpage without possession of an original promotional chip do not qualify.
The promotion may not be combined with another Shaheen Law Firm fee discount or promotional offer and has no cash value.

Any changes will become effective when posted to this page. Changes will not affect a valid promotional chip issued before the effective date of the change unless required by law or necessary to address fraud, misuse, error, or circumstances beyond Shaheen Law Firm’s reasonable control.
Shaheen Law Firm also reserves the right to determine eligibility for the promotion and to reject any chip that is altered, duplicated, counterfeit, obtained improperly, or otherwise invalid. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
